"POS" Person on the street assignment

For this assignment, I was instructed to do a "POS" or person on the street assignment. This consists of interviewing five students about a topic of our choice. For my topic, I asked students how they felt about gun violence in America, and what they believed should be done to solve it. I went to this Universities Student Center and asked some students to participate in an interview.

A Big Day Remembered

                           My youngest brother Landon is 18 years old, and just graduated high school in 2022.        He played football, and ended up getting the opportunity to receive a scholarship to play for a power-five program in Virginia U niversity.  Click  here to listen to the audio.               This was a big day for him and our family. Only a very small amount of high school athletes gets  a chance to play for power-five program, and he was the first to do so in our family!       A lot of media from local news stations were at the day of the signing, and captured coverage of this big event. Afterwards, as you can see,  he was interviewed about his thoughts signing this scholarship.       I have two younger brothers;  we all play football in college now.
